Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Prescription eyewear may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 2–7 working days, depending on location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions are time-limited.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in selected areas. HayahVogue reserves the right to request advance payment for certain orders.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in re-shipping charges.

Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Prescription Eyewear

Prescription glasses are custom-made and non-returnable.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

The product is defective

There is a manufacturing error

HayahVogue prepared the prescription incorrectly

Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Prescription Items

Frames and accessories without prescription are eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

Customized prescription eyewear (unless defective)

Sale or discounted items (if mentioned)

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects or incorrect items sent by us.

Refunds

Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, bank transfer (for COD), or store credit

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Prescription orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
