Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Prescription Eyewear

Customized prescription glasses/sunglasses are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or error in prescription (proof required).  

Contact Lenses & Non-Returnable Items

Contact lenses can only be exchanged if unopened/sealed.

Opened or used lenses are not eligible for refund or exchange.  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or store credit within 5–10 business days.

Refund Deductions

Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

For COD orders, government tax/deductions may apply per local regulations.  

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with evidence (photo/video). We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
